Glenwood Academy Fall Carnival
10:00am-4:00pm, Saturday, October 17th

All ages will enjoy boardwalk games, cakewalk, craft booths, 35-foot inflatable obstacle course, 20-foot inflatable slide, haunted house, The Café, pumpkins, and lots more.

Sponsor Information
Glenwood Academy represents all 4th and 5th grade families in the public schools of City of Decatur—approximately 500 families. The Fall Carnival is our largest fundraising event.

Sponsorship of the Carnival provides:
COMMUNITY GOODWILL: All sponsors have the opportunity to show their support for the City of Decatur Community. All City schools are notified of the event and the major sponsors.

TAX BENEFITS: You will be provided with Glenwood Academy’s tax identification number as a 501 (c) (3) charitable corporation so that all contributions are tax deductible.

ADVERTISING BENEFITS: Your business will be advertised as a sponsor in several ways:

GOLD LEVEL ($250 and above)
* Sponsors will be listed on all carnival flyers sent out to all City of Decatur K-5 families (over 2,500 families)
* Sponsors may place company signs in the sponsor section of the carnival adjacent to Ponce de Leon Avenue and may hand out business cards or other advertisements and flyers at the carnival
* Sponsors will be listed as gold level sponsors on the carnival map distributed at the carnival

SILVER LEVEL ($100 and above)
* Sponsors will be listed on all carnival flyers sent out to all City of Decatur K-5 families (over 2,500 families)
* Sponsors will be listed as silver level sponsors on the carnival map distributed at the carnival

BRONZE ($50 and above)
* Sponsors will be listed as a bronze level sponsor on the carnival map distributed at the carnival
