Walk For Lunch in May

Walk For Lunch, the noontime walking program in downtown Decatur, begins its third month on May 8th. It is a great time to either continue or start your walking program.

We currently have a few walkers already signed up for the next session, but we will need more in order to start our program.

We will start with a 1.5 mile walk. So, this would be the perfect time to invite a friend to join you.

 Here’s the walking schedule:

Tuesday (1.5 m walk)
Thursday (1.75 m walk)
Tuesday (2 m walk)
Thursday (2 m walk)
Tuesday (2.5 m walk)
Thursday (2.5 m walk)
Tuesday (2.75 m walk)
Thursday (3 m walk)

You can register by clicking here . The cost is $25 for 4 weeks. Walks are led by Barbie, a certified personal trainer. The cost is $25 for 4 weeks.

One month of Walk For Lunch counts as a qualifying event for the Team Decatur Grand Slam Fitness Challenge!
