“Assertiveness: What is it and How to use it Effectively”

 Join Dr. Sharman Colosetti for the second of the Living Well Series being presented at the Decatur Recreation Center on Tuesday, April 12 from 7 until 8pm. The series is being presented free to the community.

 Dr. Sharman will be discussing the topic of Assertiveness: What it is and how to use it effectively. Learn how to increase your self confidence by learning how to say “NO,” cope with criticism, ask for what you want and accept compliments.

Dr. Colosetti received a Master’s and Doctorate in Social Work from the University of Georgia after completing clinical internships at the Medical College of Georgia, Outpatient Psychiatry Clinic, and Washington State Prison for Women. She works with adults who want to know themselves fully, live spontaneously, and more easily connect with others.
