  1. Although I completely agree, I wonder about the “Download one of the new sleep apps that track your movement”… How would that work, exactly? You’d lay your phone/iPad on your belly and hope that you actually don’t move – or else it will fall off and not track anything? Might be a nice follow-up post to this if you do find out how it works. 🙂

      I think they must mean using something like fitbit that has a sleep ap on it. I wouldn’t want to sleep wtih my phone!! 🙂
