Decatur Arts Festival brings out the stars. Eric Litwin and James Dean visited Decatur Recreation Center on Saturday, May 29. Eric Litwin performed and James Dean signed his new book ” Pete the Cat: I Love my White Shoes. Thanks to everyone that made the Kids and Teens Arts Festival a success.
