Healthy Monday: Read Before Every Meal

 Here is your “Healthy Monday” tip for the week. (Yes, I know- it is Tuesday!)

Read before very meal.

 

Look for low levels of saturated fat, trans-fat, cholesterol and sodium (less than 5%) on nutrition labels. Make sure you’re getting enough dietary fiber, vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, potassium and iron (2-% or more).
