Our Team Decatur group is growing, and we want YOU to sign up too! Part of the program is an eight week training program that will begin on July 18th. Former Olympian Jeff Gallaway will send fitness tips for your training and the City of Decatur will partner with local fitness businesses to provide free walks and runs to get you ready for the KP 5K on September 8.

Registration for the KP Corporate Run Walk is $25, and you will receive your race number, a Team Decatur t-shirt to wear in the race, a KP Run/Walk shirt when you complete the race, and you will also be invited to join us in the offical Team Tent before and after the race. To register, click here. Be sure to register by July 30 to guarantee a Team Decatur shirt- we will be ordering them in early August.

The metro wide kick-off for the Kaiser Permanente Corporate Run/Walk and Fitness Program will be held on the Decatur Square on Thursday, July 28th from 6-8pm. Mark your calendar so you won’t miss meeting Jeff, Mayor Bill Floyd and hear the wonderful sounds of singer/songwriter Morgan Rowe. The event will also include a Fitness Expo where you can learn more about keeping your mind and body in tipitop shape.
