The City of Decatur and DeVry University are proud to announce that Decatur is one of 6 cities in the country that are welcoming the Team USA Road to London tour of the U.S. Olympic Committee! We can’t think of a more exciting way to be a part of the 2012 Olympic experience. Come out and join us on May 30 for all of the fun and excitement!

The event will include:

Activities for attendees to test their strength, speed, precision, Paralympic skills, endurance and flexibility.

Demonstrations from Olympians, Paralympic athletes and hopefuls.

      Fun merchandise.

WHEN: Wednesday, May 30 from 1-8pm

WHERE: The Square in Downtown Decatur

The Team USA Road to London tour is an extension of the partnership that DeVry has established with the U.S. Olympic Committee (USOC) as the official education partner for Team USA. “The Road to London tour stops are an extension of our partnership with the U.S. Olympic Committee. They bring an interactive Olympic experience to DeVry University communities, educating attendees about the challenges and excitement that make the Olympic games special,” said David Pauldine, president of DeVry University. “From testing their own athletic skills to interacting with USOC athletes, including Olympic and Paralympic hopefuls, guests will leave with unforgettable memories.”

All of this excitement will be taking place on the Square in downtown Decatur. We hope you can join us!
