Try a Boot Camp Workout!

Are you struggling to figure out how to get your workout in at home? Burn Boot Camp Decatur Head Trainer, Jackie, has sent us a fun workout that you can do at home!
Do 20 reps of each exercise and repeat the list 3 times:
- Bicycle abs
- Squat kick over
- Step up step back
- Push-ups
- Glute bridge pulse
- Tricep dips
- Mountain climbers
