Bicycling 101 at Decatur Recreation Center February 13

This Saturday, join Nedra Deadwyler of Civil Bikes for Bicycling 101, designed to get active adults and seniors back on their bikes. This INDOOR class will provide information, handouts, and teach skills necessary to ride safely and is held the second Saturday of each month. February’s class is on the 13th from 1 – 3:30 pm. Participants will take an optional short group ride on the PATH at the end of the class.

Adult Cycling Class This Saturday, November 21

Join Nedra Deadwyler from Civil Bikes for an Adult Cycling Class this Saturday, November 21 from 1 -3:30 pm at Decatur Recreation Center.
This is the perfect class to give those a way to increase physical activity levels in the outdoors. The class will cover topics such as GA law, safe riding practices, and how to use tails and roads, teaching skills on how to get to and from your destination safely for you to learn how to incorporate bicycling in everyday travel. Bring your own bike and water. Class is $35 and if you need to rent a bike, there is an additional cost of $10.
