Survey Says- Start Dieting on Sunday or Monday for Success

A survey of 2,000 U.K. women found those who started a diet on a Tuesday were most likely to lose their willpower within a week and actually gain weight. Dieters who began on a Sunday or Monday were more likely to lose the most weight. The survey also showed those who drop a diet most often do so on a Friday after a stressful work week.
