Active Living Halloween Walk is October 24

Halloween Walk

Take a walk with the Pedestrian committee of the Active Living Board to see Halloween decorations in Decatur neighborhoods.

Walkers will receive free Halloween necklaces and glow wear to “Be Bright and Be Seen.” Costumes are encouraged but not required.

Meet in the parking lot of the First Christian Church and be ready to walk at 7:30 pm. All ages are welcome.

“Bright at Night” Halloween Walk is Thursday, October 22

6293262756_fbd89c6c64_bWant to have fun, get exercise and see some cool Halloween decor around Decatur neighborhoods? Then you will certainly want to join the October Fourth Thursday “Bright at Night” walk. The walk begins at the Decatur Recreation Center at 7:30 pm. This month you will walk approximately three miles around Decatur and receive a fun light to wear. You are also invited to wear a costume or something fun! Sparkly and reflective wear is encouraged. Yes, it is all about the FUN!

Members of the Active Living Pedestrian Advisory Committee will lead the walk.
