Simply Delicious Cooking – Fermented foods aid in digestion and thus supports the immune system. The word “chutney” is derived from the Sanskrit word caṭnī, meaning to lick. Taste them- Make them- Feel good! The class is 7-9pm Tues.
Walk With a Doc – Fire Captain James Meyers and EMTs host the walk this week which includes a show & tell of the newly remodeled Fire Station #1 @11am Wed.

Scott Park Garden Club – hosts their monthly potluck for community garden members featuring a tiller demo and a talk by Ruby Bock who attended a native plant symposium. Noon Thurs.

Jazz nights – in Oakhurst continue in front of the Solarium on Thurs eve @7pm, and Concerts on the lawn continue Sat eve @7pm at the community bandstand in Decatur; try biking or walking to those events and buy dinner onsite.
NIA – blends eastern and western movement arts, including Tai Chi, Tai Kwon Do, Aikido, Yoga, and Modern Dance, to create a unique, non-impact barefoot aerobic workout with an emphasis on the Joy of Movement. Within each class, you’ll find a different intention and focus, with a variety of music, creating a fun and movable environment!
