Plant Some Trees With Trees Atlanta

Join Trees Atlanta this coming Saturday, December 7 at the the Decatur Cemetery to plant some trees.

Meet at 299 Bell Street at 9 am; the planting will be finished around 1 pm.

Volunteers should bring gardening gloves and dress in layers as you can really heat up digging holes and planting trees. For more information click here.

Mayor Floyd Plants a Tree

This morning, Mayor Floyd joined Greg Levine and volunteers from Trees Atlanta and the Nalley Tree Campaign to plant trees at the Decatur Cemetery and at Glenlake Park. Over 100 trees were planted along the stream bank, in the cemetery and other areas around the park.

Even the youngsters helped out with tree planting!
