Free Zumba at CORE Dance Studios

Dance off those Thanksgiving calories! Total Fitness Control wants to introduce the community to their new Zumba Program being held at CORE Studios in downtown Decatur. Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one of a kind fitness program. Join them for a free class on Thursday, December 2nd at 7 pm.
