Yes indeed, it’s the season for pie and you can brush up your skills or learn some brand new ones in class next week. It’s the latest topic in our Simply Delicious cooking series.

Tuesday, November 5, @7-9pm, in the Decatur Rec Center kitchen with chefs from the Wylde Center. $30 and advance registration is required. We need 5 folks to hold the class so please, do sign up early so we can notify the chefs.

Description:  Get ready for a Thanksgiving with homemade pies. We’ll make flaky buttery pie crust and fill our pies with fresh pumpkin and sweet potato fillings. You will go home with a crust to fill and bake on your own.

Note: No blackbirds will be used in class. 😉
