Walk With a Doc this Fall

Update: Starting date is Wednesday September 4 at 11am and thereafter on a weekly basis. Meet us at the Rec!

Walk With a Doc starts this Fall. Each walk features a different medical professional to chat with us as we walk Decatur using the walking tour brochure. Weekly on Wed @11am. For more info on this national program see their website: http://www.walkwithadoc.org/

Walk with a Doc is a free, non-profit  program for anyone interested in taking steps for their health. Bring friends and loved ones or come alone, and enjoy a refreshing, rejuvenating walk in the park, along city sidewalks, or on our indoor elevated walking track (in inclement weather). Physicians, specialists and healthcare professionals from your community will provide support and answer questions. Come out and see what is happening in your community.

Leave comments if you know a Decatur Doc you’d like me to invite!
